1. General provisions<\/span><\/h2>\n

1.1. The website xpark.kyiv.ua (hereinafter – the Site) is owned by X-PARK (hereinafter – the Company). All objects of intellectual property rights contained on the Site, except when it is separately indicated, belong to the property rights of the Company. <\/span>
\n1.2. This Policy for the processing and protection of personal data (hereinafter – the Policy) applies exclusively within the framework of the Site and does not apply to third-party websites. <\/span>
\n1.3. This Policy is a set of legal, administrative, organizational, technical and other measures taken by the Company to ensure the protection of personal data of users of the Site, except for cases when such information is personally and knowingly disclosed by the user of the Site.<\/span>
\n1.4. The company is the owner of personal data provided by users of the Site. The purpose of implementing the Policy is to ensure the protection of personal data provided by users of the Site against illegal processing, including illegal access to personal data of third parties.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Processing of personal data<\/span><\/h2>\n

2.1. The purpose of processing the personal data of the users of the Site is to implement the functions and tasks of the Site and other purposes related to the civil-legal relations between the Company and the user of the Site, in particular in the field of providing legal, advocacy, and accounting services. <\/span>

The agreement of the user of the Site, which is provided to the Company for the collection, processing, storage and use (including the use of automated means) of personal data, is drawn up by placing a mark by the user of the Site to grant permission for the processing of his personal data when filling out the appropriate form on the Site. <\/span>
\n2.4. The personal data, for the collection, processing, storage and use of which (including using automated means) the user of the Site gives permission to the Company, includes:<\/span><\/p>\n

    2.5. Processing of personal data is carried out using an automated\/electronic information system in which personal data is entered and stored. <\/span>
    \n2.6. Personal data received from the Site user are stored on the company’s secure servers. All appropriate organizational and technical measures are applied to protect personal data from accidental or illegal distribution, unauthorized disclosure, abuse and other illegal actions regarding the processing of personal data at the disposal of the Company. <\/span>
    \n2.7. Personal data of users of the Site is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of personal data processing, but no more than 5 years.<\/span><\/p>\n

    3. Site user rights<\/span><\/h2>\n

    3.1. The Site user has the right to exercise all the rights provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine regarding their own personal data provided for collection, accumulation, processing, storage and use by the Company, in particular: 3.1.1 <\/span>
    \n. Know about the sources of collection, the location of your personal data, the purposes of their processing, and the location of the Company. <\/span>
    \n3.1.2. Receive information on the terms of providing access to personal data. <\/span>
    \n3.1.3. Access to your personal data. <\/span>
    \n3.1.4. Receive information on whether his personal data is being processed. <\/span>
    \n3.1.5. Submit a motivated request to the company with an objection to the processing of your personal data.<\/span>
    \n3.1.6. Submit a motivated request to change or destroy your personal data if these data are processed illegally or are unreliable. <\/span>
    \n3.1.7. To protect your personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision of data, as well as protection from providing information that is unreliable or disgraces the dignity and business reputation of a natural person. <\/span>
    \n3.1.8. Submit complaints about the processing of your personal data to the Human Rights Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or to the court. <\/span>
    \n3.1.9. Apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on personal data protection. <\/span>
    \n3.1.10. Make a reservation regarding the limitation of the right to process your personal data upon obtaining consent.<\/span>
    \n3.1.11. Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data. <\/span>
    \n3.1.12. Know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data. <\/span>
    \n3.1.13. In defense of an automated decision, it has legal consequences.<\/span><\/p>\n

    4. Distribution of personal data<\/span><\/h2>\n

    4.1. The Company is released from the obligation to comply with the User’s Personal Data Policy if the Site user independently publicly discloses personal data. <\/span>
    \n4.2. The Company has the right to transfer the personal data of the Site user to third parties only with the written permission of the Site user and\/or in the cases stipulated by the current legislation of Ukraine.<\/span><\/p>\n

    5. Destruction and deletion of personal data<\/span><\/h2>\n

    5.1. Personal data, to the collection, accumulation, processing, storage and use of which the user of the Site gives consent to the Company, is subject to deletion or destruction in case of: <\/span>
    \n5.1.1. Termination of the legal relationship between the Site user and the Company; <\/span>
    \n5.1.2. Issuance of the relevant order by the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights or to the officials of the Secretariat of the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights designated by him; <\/span>
    \n5.1.3. Acquisition of legal force by a court decision to delete or destroy personal data; <\/span>
    \n5.1.4. Expiration of the period of storage of personal data, determined by the consent of the Site user to the processing of this data, this Policy or the law.<\/span><\/p>\n

    6. Changes and additions to the Policy<\/span><\/h2>\n

    6.1. The Company has the right to unilaterally make changes and additions to the Policy from time to time. By continuing to use the site after the publication of changes and additions, the user agrees to the new version of the Policy.
